This site is an affort to find a common denominator for various CMS systems. I didn't feel very comfortable looking at the diversity of CMS systems and their extensions and this grew into integration effort called Drupal-Builder. Whichever CMS you use, your are going to rely on the same set of basic modules, like Google Analytics or some sort of image gallery module. When learning a new CMS, you're likely to look for a similar set modules. This is also the case for Drupal. Drupal-Builder is not just a list of top ten Drupal modules, it's something more. You can read about modules and assemble them into your custom Drupal installation online. If you're new to Drupal it should save you some time in the beginning with the Drupal site builder and knowledge base. May be the era of CMS automation has not yet begun, but I hope that this tool makes it a bit closer. Your suggestions, cooperation offers, ideas are welcome.
